TILLABLE FARM LAND
The Village of Greenwich is receiving bids for the lease of tillable farm land owned (43.88 acres) by the Village.
Contracts may be obtained from the administration office at 45 Main Street, Greenwich, Ohio 44837 - (419) 752-2441.
Bid Documents, including contract terms and conditions must be retained for a $5.00 (check or cash) non-refundable fee from the Village of Greenwich.
These bids will be received until 2:00 pm, Tuesday, December 20, 2016.
The Village of Greenwich reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or any part thereof.
EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 06, 2016
The Village of Greenwich has changed its ordinance for the due dates of the Utility Bills.
Bills are now due on the 20th day of each month. On the 21st day of the month penalties will be applied and a Past Due Notice will be mailed out.
On the past due notices you will be given till the 28th day to pay.
On the 26th day of the month Shut Off Notices will be mailed, with the shut off date of the 28th day. If you have more than a $10.00 Balance, you will be disconnected on the morning of the 29th day.
